Name: Takeda, Kairi
Birthday: June 16th
Height/Weight: 167cm | 52kg
Division: Scouts Devision - Speed and agility are her best assets, and since she's pretty weak and unskilled at using other weapons even the little ones she has, she figured she'd do best joining the scouts division, even though she might not be as sneaky as she thinks.
Independant: She's very independant due to the livestyle she grew up in. she had to take care of herself and everything else simply because no one else was there to do it.
Cheerful: she always puts on a cheerful optimistic demeanor that she's never seen without, even when she gets upset.
Curious: She gained a great urge to fill her curiousity eversince she was a little kid that wasn't realy allowed to do much. ever since then she'd wanted to know almost everything about anything, whenever someone is doing something she's not familiar with, she would be hovering around them, watching with amusement or simply just bugging them with questions about what they were doing.
Paranoid/Delusional: she also gained that as she grew older, often looking left and right, fidgeting and stressing whenever she's completely alone in an unfamiliar place. she would imagine someone watching her, hearing footsteps or even whispers sometimes when there's aboslutely nothing there.
Caring: she grew up to be the big sister type of person. you can pretty much confide with her in anything and she would keep it a secret, and try her best to help you through whatever dilemmas you might be having, even if just small ones. being helpful just comes natural to her as a part of her trying to take care of everything and everyone around her.
Bad weather (rain mostly, she's very fond of snow)
When people close to her are upset
History: Kairi's family was pretty much an average simple one. her mom, dad, and older sister where all she had as a young child and even though they lead a pretty normal life, her dad had a major gambling problem. he owed a ton of money to the mobs and his problem kept getting worse and going out of hand until he could no longer handle paying it all off. he uprooted his family to another location to hide from them but they eventually found him as he one day walked his little girl back from school. both Kairi's father and older sister's bodies were found dead and disposed off in an alley that day and her mother just was never the same, not that Kairi knew the difference. she was only a few years old when the whole incident happened so she grew up with only vague memories of her father and sister.
Kairi spent most of her time at home, she was never allowed to go out to play in the park, hang out with friends after school or just step a foot outside the house if her mother wasn't there with her. she would've been homeschooled too except her mother had to take on three jobs to gain enough money to pay off her husband's debt as well as support her and her own daughter, so she could never stick around at home enough to homeschool her. since Kairi was all alone at home, Kairi had to take care of everything around the house from cooking, cleaning, laundry, pretty much everything a mother would do, since her own mother would come back exhausted from her work, she just helped as much as she could. one day when she was in elementary school she really wanted to go to her friend's birthday party that her whole class was going to but her mother refused since she didn't have time to take her, they had a big fight about it ending up in Kairi throwing a fit and crying over how much she was confined. Kairi's mom Cried as well, desperately trying to get her to understand how she only did this for her own protection and she started shaking, fearing losing her only daughter as she clung to her through the night with the tears streaming down her face. something changed inside of Kairi ever since that day, she had never seen her mother break down like that before and it was all because of her. she decided from then on that she wouldn't do anything to make her mother that upset again and she started hiding her bad emotions infront of her, acting happy and cheerful even if she wasn't, and it slowly creeped to the way she treated her school friends as well. it just became the way she was now, and it got harder and harder for her to open up to anyone so she eventually never did.
she never let anything ruin the precious time she spend at school since it was the only time she was allowed outside of the house without being accompanied by her mother like a bodyguard. she became very social, practically being friends with her whole class, leading to one of them inviitng her to try out for the track team where she fell in love with running. she quickly climbed up to be the fastest member of the track team as she loved how free and alive it made her feel when she ran with all her might, sometimes even passing out because she wouldn't stop running once she started, no matter how exhausted she felt.
her mother decided that she wanted to get something special for her daughter so she started taking on extra hours at her jobs and was even busier than she was that Kairi would only get to see her sleeping face as she headed out for school. when she had gathered enough extra money she went shopping for a gift for her birthday and stumbled upon the Rivoka cellphone that seemed to be popular among young people so she got that for her even though she didn't need a phone that much, she thought Kairi would appreciate all the other features it had to offer, but Kairi just thought that a phone wasn't worth her mother not being around all the time like that, wishing she hadn't spent that much time trying to get her something she would rather not have. however she acted happy and excited about it like usual, thanking her mom for it. soon after the bomb hit the city and Kairi Paniced upon hearing the incredible explosion sound, rushing out of her house before it was all swept away along with her by the destructive force of the bomb.
